Meetings & Activities


Business Meetings are held on the first Sunday of each month, from 1:30 to 2:30 PM at Ida Noyes Hall.

Armored & Rapier Combat Practice are held by default each Sunday, from 2:30 to 6 PM at Ida Noyes Hall. Note that special combine Ayreton practices are held regularly, so usually one Sunday a month practice is held at Tree-Girt-Sea.

Combined Ayreton Practice are held 3 times per month. On the second Sunday of the Month, they are hosted by the Grey Gargoyles. On the Third Thursday, they are hosted by Rokkhealdon (7 - 9 PM). On the fourth Sunday, they are hosted by Tree-Girt-Sea. Sunday combined practices normally begin with Dancing from 1:30 to 4 PM, and fighting practice from 2:30 - 6 PM.

Dancing is also held at the combined ayreton practices, from 1:30 - 4 PM. European and Middle Eastern dancing are both held.

Other Activities, notably armoring sessions, costuming sessions, and A&S classes are held at various times. Check the calendar for any extra scheduled activities.

Pippens -- singing group. They meet Thursday evenings at L. Gianetta's house. Call her at 773-728-3505 for more information.

Tres Trepei -- singing group. Every other Monday, at M. Amelie's house. Call her at 708-366-5035 for more information.

Instrumental Music on Monday evenings, M. Robyan & Sir Fern's house, 2506 W Morse Ave, Chicago. Any instrument is welcome, recorders can be borrowed, and Robyyan is willing to teach. Absolute beginners please call first, as some sight reading ability is necessary - this can also be taught. Please call 773-764-1957 to confirm.
